We have just brought our new site online! Everything seems to be running as planned, but we do definitely need feedback on every aspect of the site. Sign up for an account, try our contact links, and sign in and out of our portal to see how it all works. Of course, any queries can be sent to us via the "Contact" button on the site. The server reload was a complete success. We initially had a few glitches, but they've now been taken care of, and we are totally operational. Total down time was about 6 hours. No customer data was lost as it was completely backed up off-site. Welcome to the new Planet Real server!

Our website is now completed! However, in our haste we have found a number of problems with our primary server and have decided to reload it in order to have a smooth new site launch. This means the possibility of down time in excess of several hours. All customers have been notified via email, and the sign up system will be unavailable also.

We have finally been able to reacquire our missing image templates and have nearly completed redoing all of our graphics for the new site. All that is left is to make sure our payment system is fully operational, and everything will be turned on. Thank you everyone for your patience.

Unfortunately due to some unforeseen circumstances, we have lost our master logo files and are desperately trying to relocate them. This has caused a large delay on getting the new site operational. Please stay tuned and we will have everything up and running as soon as we can!

Now our OS update is done, work has just started on our new website. We will be overhauling the entire site (behind the scenes at first) to make it easier for everyone to manage their invoices, accounts, and any extra services they may want. This is going to take a while, so stay tuned for more information (and no, downtime will not be expected).

We have updated our operating system with only 2 reboots and a total of about 7 minutes downtime. There were some datebase issues at first, but now everything is stabilized and no users are experiencing any outages at all. This update will make the primary server more stable and hopefully allow further room for expansion in the future.
